Important Note: STUDENTS RETURNING AND/OR TRANSFERRING IN FROM ANOTHER EDMONTON PUBLIC SCHOOL MUST COMPLETE AND RETURN THE FOLLOWING FORMS:

1. Talmud Torah School Student Registration Form 2012-2013 (one per family)
2. Student Information and Consent Form 2012-2013 (one per family)
3. Edmonton Public School – “Elementary and Junior High Enrolment Passport w/ Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP) Section”
